Still can't go to bed without singing TAPS

After the evening programs at camp, we would sing "Taps". It's the perfect prayer before bed, and thought I'd share. Even now that I am home, I still sing it before turning out the lights!!

"Day is done,
Gone the sun,
From the lakes,
From the hills,
From the skies.
All is well,
Safely rest.
God is nigh.

Thanks and praise,
For our days,
Neath the sun,
Neath the stars,
Neath the sky.
As we go,
This we know.
God is nigh"

Perfect, right??
