Ever since Clay passed away this past year, I've had even a harder time saying goodbye, because you just never know what is going to happen.
Saying goodbye to my family this summer has been the worst. We are going to be in Iowa for Christmas, but I won't be able to see Jess and Erich then. Hopefully everybody can come down for my graduation, but I still don't know if Jess or Erich will be able to make it. The only time we seem to see each other now is weddings, and the next one in the family will be mine. And that won't happen for a LONG while.
So what do you do, when you have to part, and you know it will be years before you see each other??
Goodbyes are the worst.
